Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Will County, Illinois.

UAP Event Services is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier. Please contact your carrier if you have questions about applicable rates.

Our SMS program is available through most major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier support may vary. UAP Event Services is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

 

8. No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data

Mobile opt-in data, including phone numbers collected through our SMS program, will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This data is used solely to facilitate UAP Event Services’ own SMS communications. Information collected through the SMS opt-in process will not be sold, rented, or transferred to any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to operate the SMS platform (e.g., our SMS provider, Twilio, processes messages on our behalf and is bound by its own data processing agreements).
